Apple Valley Asphalt Paving is a local asphalt paving contractor based in Apple Valley, CA. We provide asphalt paving, sealcoating, crack sealing, pothole repair, parking lot maintenance, grading, and related services to residential and commercial customers in Apple Valley and surrounding communities in California.
All services are subject to a written estimate and contract. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion. The availability of specific services may vary by location, season, and current job schedule.
Estimates are provided free of charge and without obligation. An estimate reflects the anticipated scope of work and cost based on a site visit or information provided by the customer. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise noted in writing.
Actual project costs may vary from the estimate if unforeseen conditions are discovered during the work, including but not limited to: unexpected base failures, subsurface obstructions, soil conditions requiring additional preparation, or changes requested by the customer. We will notify you before proceeding with any work that would change the estimated price.
Material prices, including asphalt and aggregate, fluctuate with market conditions. Prices in an estimate reflect current costs at the time of issuance and may be adjusted if material costs change significantly before work begins.
Once an estimate is accepted and a start date is confirmed, we reserve that time on our schedule for your project. We ask that you notify us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel.
We reserve the right to postpone or reschedule work due to weather conditions, equipment availability, or other circumstances outside our control. We will notify you as early as possible if a scheduled date needs to change.
Asphalt work requires dry conditions and appropriate temperatures for proper curing. We may delay or pause work if weather conditions would compromise the quality of the finished product. No additional charge applies to weather-related rescheduling.
Payment terms are specified in the written contract or estimate provided before work begins. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the work. For larger projects, we may require a deposit before scheduling materials and labor.
Accepted payment methods will be outlined in your contract. Late payments may be subject to a finance charge as permitted under California law.
Work will not begin until the agreed-upon deposit, if required, has been received. We reserve the right to place a mechanics lien on the property as allowed by California law if payment is not received in accordance with the agreed terms.
By scheduling service, you confirm that you have the authority to authorize the work on the property. You agree to ensure the work area is accessible and free of obstructions on the scheduled date. We are not responsible for delays caused by inaccessibility or failure to clear the work area.
If your property is subject to homeowners association rules or requires permits from a city or county agency, you are responsible for obtaining any necessary approvals prior to work. We will assist with permit applications where applicable, but final responsibility for compliance with local rules rests with the property owner.
Where a workmanship warranty is provided, it will be stated in writing in your contract. Any warranty covers defects in our workmanship under normal use and conditions. It does not cover damage caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to: ground movement, tree root intrusion, flooding, vehicle damage, extreme weather events, or failure to follow our post-installation care instructions.
Asphalt is a natural material that expands and contracts with temperature changes and settles over time. Minor surface variations and hairline cracks that develop after the curing period due to normal use and environmental conditions are not covered by workmanship warranty.
Except as stated in a written warranty, all services are provided "as is" without additional warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by California law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple Valley Asphalt Paving and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific project giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of the claim, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved in California.
